Early Life :
After Mak graduated from secondary school at SMK Hulu Kelang, he had his first job in sales industry selling sewing machine at shopping mall and then wok at morning market before further his study at TAR College in computer science. He was then drop out after failing too many subject in his exam.
After drop out from TAR College, Mak decided to try again but at Stamford College and completed his study with a Diploma in Computer Science. When Mak get to know about the expensive fees to further his study in Advance Diploma and then Degree, he decided not to continue his study.
Mak has then goes back to sales industry selling water heater at shopping mall and then as sales executive in pharmaceutical industry. When he was in pharmaceutical industry, he had another job in an event company selling cigarettes at entertainment outlet and it is where he found an opportunity to sell liquor at entertainment outlet as his own business. It was Mak first time running his own business and the only thing he was doing then.
One day, after Mak has stopped from his business, a friend called to join her in doing mortgage loan and life insurance.
After about 5 years, he left the company and setup his own company doing mortgage loan and then he failed in the business and lost everything.
After getting help from a friend, he get back up and venture into general insurance.
One day, after Mak notice the tremendous growth in property development nearby his home at Ampang. He thought it was an advantage to him to be in real estate because he know this area very well. In addition, he had sold more than RM10mil worth of properties before this by referring it to friends who are in real estate.
After consideration and research, a friend introduced him to join KLCT International Realty Sdn Bhd and it was how Mak began his career as Real Estate Negotiator (REN 31041).
